Cheerful Events Rental Policies
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
We offer a celebration display service which we deliver, set up and pick up.
Displays and all elements of remain the property of Cheerful Events.
Please water your lawn well on the day we set up prior to our arrival.
This will have an impact on the visual quality of your display. Please turn the sprinklers off while the sign is up.
If you do not have real grass and would like a display, we may be able to accommodate you, but we need to know before booking. Please call
or message us to arrange. The use of
stands may incur an additional expense.
Please DO NOT MOW OR HAVE ANY LANDSCAPING DONE while the signs
are in the yard. If the day of your event is a scheduled landscape day
please contact your lawn service and make other arrangements.
Please make sure the area for set up is free of debris and animal feces. We
will not be able to set up if this is not the case.
Please do not move the display or any parts of it. Please do not tie or attach
balloons or other decorations to the display pieces or stakes. Please leave
the display up and where it is and we will return to take it down.
For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do not allow
rough play near the display.
If the displays are a surprise, someone at the home where they are installed
must be aware that we are coming.
Deliveries are anywhere between 7 pm the night before to 8 am the day of
your event, based on our timeline.
We will pick up the signs from 7pm the day of the event.
The display signs are part of our inventory. You will be invoiced for any
missing or damaged signs.
We are in the joy business. We have the right to refuse phrases that we
deem may be political, offensive or non celebratory.
In order to receive a full refund (less expenses for special customization
requests), cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of scheduled event,
we will work with you to reschedule a new date if possible
or refund partial payment.
By agreeing to have Cheerful Events participate in your celebration, you agree
that Cheerful Events and all representatives are not responsible or liable
for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or property while
the signs are on display or during the set-up or removal.
